1.2 "Activation Date" means the later of the date this Agreement is executed by Customer's authorized representative and accepted by NicheNova.

1.3 "Enterprise Materials" refers to all strategic planning frameworks, operational excellence templates, and corporate development resources provided through our service.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using NicheNova's enterprise services, you represent that you are an authorized representative of an established organization. These services are not intended for individual or personal use. If you do not meet these criteria or do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
